Couldn’t have been more pleased with the customer service I received. After a big mix up Miss Sandy and Miss Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated and comfortable. Then to top it off when I got into my room it was extra clean, from the furniture down to the linen, making for a comfortable nights rest. I would definitely recommend 10/10 staying here if in the area for an extended period of time, well even a short one, it’s guaranteed to be worth your money
Been here for some time now, and the service that Mrs. Sandy and Mrs. Amanda give is excellent! They are always smiling, ready to help, and answer all my questions I have. I stay here due to work purposes and would recommend this place to anyone! The great service I received when I first got here is the same great service I continue to receive from these two women!
I had a great experience staying at WoodSpring Hotel! Jason went above and beyond with his customer service—he made sure I had clean sheets right away and was so helpful and professional throughout my stay. The rest of the staff was also super friendly and accommodating. When I lost my key, they quickly helped me get a new one without any hassle. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a pleasant and smooth stay. Thank you to the whole team!
I travel for work all over the country. I've been here for about 3 months so far this time, and it's a nice place. It has improved dramatically since the last time I was here in 2022. Much cleaner and nicer with the new management. Sandy and Natalya are super friendly and helpful any time I need something or stop to pay my bill every week. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it's a nice, clean extended stay hotel in a good location with lower prices than most of the places around here. Great rates for longer term stays for business travelers.
Jason is a great general manager! I had a misunderstanding with one of the front desk representatives and he stepped and handled the situation with poise and professionalism! He’s made the extended stay more welcoming and less stressful! I appreciate his customer service and transparency throughout my stay!
Sandy is excellent at her job. She noticed I forgot my towels at the front desk, so she delivered them to my room, without me even asking her. She ensured I had everything I needed for my stay. She is also very familiar with the area so she gave me info on the restaurants and stores in the area.
The service is good. Everyone is cordial and enjoy speaking with everybody makes it feel like home.
Best place to stay at been here for couple of months no complaints and staff is great highly recommended
